The Book Fair was held from April 25th to May 13th, at the Rural of Buenos Aires.
On April 27, 2024, the restyling of the Pauline brand was presented in the Ernesto Sábato Hall. Participants, including friends, collaborators and the general public, followed the screening with enthusiasm. Expressions like I really liked it; it is simple; how beautiful to see this evolution of the Paulines were some of the comments expressed. In general, people have been struck by the simple, open and inclusive blue line that spans the world to reach everyone with the announcement of the Good News.
Among the cultural activities organized by the Paulines was the presentation of Gustavo Orellana’s book El cielo te espera (Heaven awaits you), which invites us to overcome fear. A Storytelling workshop was also held in the Children’s Space, animated by the author José Sepi, which was much appreciated by the children accompanied by their parents. Also presented on this occasion was the book The Hour of Francis, a collection of the main teachings of Pope Francis during the 11th anniversary of his pontificate. It was an emotional meeting in which Pope Francis’ greeting dedicated to the authors, who host a weekly radio program entitled The Francis Hour, was heard. There have been testimonies from people who knew Pope Francis and who recognize his leadership throughout the world.
People from other countries also appreciated the presence of the Paulines at the International Book Fair in Buenos Aires. Some digital influencers have been drawn to publications with the same desire to evangelize.
