The 15th edition of the Biblical Festival organized by the Society of St. Paul, which from Vicenza has extended over time to other cities in the Venice region (Padua, Vittorio Veneto, Rovigo, Verona), from this year on will also reach the territories of Como, Alba and Treviso. The initial intention of the Festival remains unchanged, namely: to bring the Bible into the fabric of everyday life through a wide variety of cultural events ranging from specialized analyses of the sacred text to others more suited to the general population. The heart of the Festival is a presentation of the Scriptures in the light of today’s reality through the use of multiple approaches and languages of communication that investigate the three perspectives at the center of a particular theme, which this year is that of Polis: biblical and theological, anthropological and living, socio-cultural and political.
