In collaboration with the members of the SSP community of Vicenza, Italy, the FSPs of Romania recently held a Bible Mission in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Parish, Bucharest.
The purpose of the mission was to help the parishioners discover together the great treasure of the Gospel. The Pauline coordinating team was enthusiastically supported and helped by the pastor of St. Theresa parish and a large group of young Romanians who, after several days of intensive preparation, then served as animators during the mission.
In joyfully sharing the wealth of the Gospel with their fellow-parishioners, the youth team discovered the missionary zeal that urged the Apostle Paul to travel the roads of the world. At the end of this grace-filled period, everyone-children, teens and adults-expressed the desire to continue the itinerary they had begun of delving more deeply into the message of the Gospel.
