After two years of pandemic, book fairs have now resumed in different cities in Spain: Barcelona, Granada, Valencia, Valladolid and Madrid. The Daughters of St. Paul and their collaborators are all enthusiastically committed to furthering this important initiative in order to expand our mission of evangelization and help the public concretize the recommendation of St. Paul: “Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable and worthy of praise, think about these things” (Phil. 4:8).
The visitors to our displays at these events were very interested in our publications and were delighted that our sisters had arranged for several authors to be on hand to sign the copies of their books. The encounters between authors and readers proved to be very gratifying and the FSPs were happy to serve as intermediaries. They write: “We thank God for accompanying our work, and for encouraging us to extend our mission further and further throughout the country.”
